After so many years in the industry and so many experiments, experiences, dozens of contests and thousands of customers,
these three important things became the core of my belief, and I love to share this here with you:
First, everything needs balance — trainings and diets should not interfere with everything else, like work, family, and hobbies.
Instead they should help you, and make you more capable, more energetic and living a healthier life.
Second, every person needs an individual approach — each of us is different and unique, and things that work for one person,
do not have to work for another person. Long years of experience come in play here.
Third, and most important are these three words — love, passion, devotion. When you love what you do, and when you put
all your heart and soul in it, great results will come soon.
Fitness is not a job for me — it is my calling!
MORE ABOUT ME
In a few words: father of three children, happily married, studied computer sciences, but a personal trainer and nutritionist by choice. I have over 12 years of experience in the field and I am a former bodybuilding competitor at IFBB and a former Kyokushin karate practitioner. I organize free outdoor fitness trainings, over 500 so far, with an average attendance of 200 people per workout. With our free trainings, we also bring awareness for the charity and causes that we support. So far over 50 campaigns, like beach and park cleanings, plastic and waste collecting, blood donations, and helping to fund needed medical devices were done successfully.

Any training regime would be incomplete without the necessary nutritional strategy. Needless to say, achieving your ultimate goal, whether you want to clear your body from excess fat or just to increase muscle mass, and even both together, depends primarily on nutrition.
Proper system nutrition is the most powerful trump card in your hands, and by updating your nutritional programs according to the results you will see, you will ensure that your goals are met within a short time.
Nutrition regimes are designed specifically for you and only for you, given your goals and individual instant data. Each diet is presented in tabular form with separate columns for:
• hour of intake of each meal
• type of food weight or other measure depending on the type of food
• alternatives to individual meals to allow for flexible and varied meals
• recipes and ideas for preparing food
• methodical guidance and advice on compliance with the regime
• an opportunity to subscribe to our healthy kitchen with a delivery to your office or home
The supplementary plan is an add-on to the already established diet and exercise program, although it can be ordered separately. In addition to proper nutrition, adequate rest and sleep, food supplements with their great variety have different uses and effects and can greatly help you in the overall recovery process. Each complementary mode is prepared according to:
• your specific goals and needs
• status quo & training experience
• your personal budget
It is delivered as a spreadsheet and each of the columns contains:
• type of supplement, brand and trade name of the product
• type and time of consumption
Taking these supplements will speed up progress and shorten the path to the goal without adversely affecting your health. However, it should be noted that these supplements cannot replace non-compliance.
