After so many years in the industry and so many experiments, experiences, dozens of contests and thousands of customers,
these three important things became the core of my belief, and I love to share this here with you:
First, everything needs balance — trainings and diets should not interfere with everything else, like work, family, and hobbies.
Instead they should help you, and make you more capable, more energetic and living a healthier life.
Second, every person needs an individual approach — each of us is different and unique, and things that work for one person,
do not have to work for another person. Long years of experience come in play here.
Third, and most important are these three words — love, passion, devotion. When you love what you do, and when you put
all your heart and soul in it, great results will come soon.
Fitness is not a job for me — it is my calling!

Valentin Dimitrov
In a few words: Born in Varna, Bulgaria, currently live in Weimar, Germany. Personal fitness trainer, nutritionist, motivator and proud father of three children, happily married, studied computer sciences, but coach and dietologist by choice.
I have over 16 years of experience in the field. I am a bodybuilding NPC/IFBB/WFF/NABBA athlete with over 30 competitions, incl.:
●IFBB East Germany Champion 22′ ●WFF World Cup winner 22′
●WFF vice-republic Champion 20′ 21′
I’ve organized free outdoor fitness trainings in more than 8 cities worldwide, over 500 so far, with an average attendance of 300 people per workout. With our free trainings, we also bring awareness for the charity and causes that we support. So far over 50 campaigns, like beach and park cleanings, plastic and waste collecting, blood donations, and helping to fund needed medical devices were done successfully. My favorite activity continues now here in Weimar.

Your Ideal Happiness? Christmas, fluffy snow outside, the whole family at a festive dinner, under the Christmas tree gifts, Christmas decorations, lights, Christmas songs, fireplace, coziness … and time to stop!

Theater or cinema? Neither one nor the other.
Mountain or sea? Both.
Your Greatest Fear? Surviving my children.
The feature you least like about yourself? I can not refuse. I’ve learned … And I’m pretty sentimental.
Is there a person you admire? Lyudmil Yankov, alpinist.
Your biggest achievement so far? I have 3 children. And I’ve changed the lives of hundreds (not to say thousands) of people and that makes me really happy.
What do you dream of? For world peace and… to be able to turn back time but not to change the course of events but to experience a feelings/moments again.

Proper system nutrition is the most powerful trump card in your hands, and by updating your nutritional programs according to the results you will see, you will ensure that your goals are met within a short time.
Nutrition regimes are designed specifically for you and only for you, given your goals and individual instant data.
SUPPLEMETS PLAN
The supplementary plan is an add-on to the already established diet and exercise program, although it can be ordered separately. In addition to proper nutrition, adequate rest and sleep, food supplements with their great variety have different uses and effects and can greatly help you in the overall recovery process.

My name is Stanimira Dimitrova, Mira for short. I’m a certified bodybuilding and fitness trainer from National Sports Academy-Sofia since 2010. Founder of the organization Fit Mama BG-2016, the only one of its kind in Bulgaria to help women before and during pregnancy, and after childbirth. Mother of 3 children.
Valentin is my husband. We are together since 2006 and my love for fitness and a healthy lifestyle dates back to that time. I had the opportunity to learn a lot of things from Valentin, to try and learn many things, which I would later develop and improve.
As a mother of three and pregnant most of the time, I decided to specialize in training for women before and after pregnancy. I have a lot of rich and proven experience and I am sure that I can be useful for a normal pregnancy and quick recovery after it.
